While health coaching does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, I can support you with nutrition, lifestyle habits, symptom awareness and self-care strategies that will help you better manage the impact endometriosis has on your daily life. Coaching works alongside the care provided by your healthcare team.
Is this programme suitable if I have endometriosis?
