Health and wellness have always been a deep curiosity of mine. I’ve tried it all—new diets, fitness trends and holistic practices—always seeking a better understanding of how to feel my best. But everything truly shifted for me in 2020, when I experienced significant health challenges that changed the way I related to my body.
After months of illness, I found myself healing my gut from the aftermath of antibiotic overuse, slowly rebuilding my strength, regrowing hair I had lost in clumps, and relearning the language of my body—especially my menstrual cycle. That experience opened my eyes to the complexity and beauty of women’s health. I realised that wellness wasn’t just about food and movement—it was about sleep, stress, nervous system regulation, emotional resilience and understanding my body’s natural rhythms.
As I became more attuned to my health, I also began seeking answers for my own hormonal symptoms. Following years of painful periods and ongoing challenges, I was eventually diagnosed with both endometriosis and adenomyosis. This deepened my understanding of the physical and emotional impact that hormone-related conditions can have on everyday life and strengthened my determination to support my body through nutrition, lifestyle and self-care practices.
Through this journey, I became passionate about the deep and often-overlooked connection between our hormones and how we feel—physically, mentally and emotionally. Friends and family began coming to me for advice, trusting my knowledge because they saw how committed I was to learning and living it. That passion eventually led me to train at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a certified Health Coach with a focus on women’s hormonal health.
Today, I combine professional training with lived experience to support women who are navigating PMS, painful periods, endometriosis, adenomyosis and hormone imbalances. My goal is to help you better understand your body, make sustainable changes and feel empowered in your health journey.
